Resepi ayam masak kicap

Yummyyyy! This one is also perfect to eat with white rice, omygoshhh I'm salivating already as typing this. Super simple to make and really satisfying to eat. I prefer my 'ayam masak kicap' to taste a little bit spicy so expect a lot of chilies in it! Ok, onto the recipes!

Bahan bahan:

Sebelah ekor ayam dipotong 12 (dilumur garam kunyit dan digoreng tidak terlalu garing)

1 botol kicap lemak manis

1 botol sos tiram

1/2 biji bawang besar Holland (dihiris bulat)

1 inci halia (dihiris halus)

7-9 biji cili merah/cili padi (dibelah dua)

Daun sup (dicincang halus)

1 biji cili merah (dibelah seperti bunga)

Satu mangkuk air

1) Fry-the-ingredients

The first step is to use the remaining oil from frying the chicken. Ensure that the oil is still usable and if it's too much you can pour some into a container for future use. Put inside the onions, gingers and chilies and fry for one minute.

2) Sauce-making

Okay now, quickly pour 3 table spoons of oyster sauce and add water slowly to make sure the sauce didn't gurgle everywhere.

(Note: Thick sauce tend to gurgle like molten lava so be sure to add some water to thinning the effect). Add the sweet soy sauce as much as you would like and stir well. Lastly, add fried chickens and mix it well with the sauce.

3) Decoration and eat-time

Some may not like the decoration but it's nice to put some parsley leaf and flower chili to add the pleasing touch to the eye before eating. Now, you can enjoy this yummy but simple dish with white hot rice. DROOOLLLLLS!
